So it’s not surprising that Excel has featured heavily in our GO TO box of tools whenever our data are best displayed in rows and columns, to enable us to manipulate and extract a huge variety of information.

That’s why we’ve used this Add-in tool to put the power in your hands- so you can gain the majority of your insights from HUB, whilst still having the freedom to dive into the numbers and get even more specific.
It’ll only take a few minutes…
We’ll provide HUB users with simple instructions on how to install the Excel Add-in. It should only take a few minutes, and once complete you’ll have access to your HUB core student, contact, and admissions data, in Excel. And we’ll be extending this feature over the coming months to encompass more of your data, as we continue to enhance the overall HUB solution!
You can expand reporting, allowing for further analysis and to manipulate data, so you can learn more with just a few clicks.
With the HUB-Excel Add-in, your most up to date HUB data is only a couple of clicks away in Excel.
Data always up to date
To add to the strength of the HUB-Excel Add-in, it makes use of our new Data Warehouse. It’s populated via an ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) process that runs every two hours, ensuring extracted data can always be up to date.
