HUBmis Triumphs
In the domain of HUBmis, we’ve experienced a year marked by significant achievements. A total of 26 successful releases to production, underscored the team’s commitment to delivering reliable and cutting-edge solutions. The completion of 1408 development tickets and 276 Dev Ops tasks highlighted the team’s efficiency and dedication. Notably, 505 story defects were identified and fixed during testing, reflecting a meticulous approach to quality assurance. The delivery of 56 Change Requests and Enhancements further showcased our commitment to continuous improvement.
Innovations and Upgrades
The integration of new features into HUBmis and HUBadmissions marked a pivotal moment in WCBS’s evolution. From the introduction of the revamped Attendance and School Reports Modules to advancements in Assessment Stats, Workloads, and Admissions functionalities, we’ve demonstrated a forward-looking approach to meeting the evolving needs of our users. The addition of modules such as Cover, HUB-Excel, and Timetable Re-engineering, coupled with initiatives like the move to AWS, highlighted our dedication to innovation and user experience.
On-Premise Stats
Behind the scenes, the on-premise team at WCBS played a crucial role in delivering impactful solutions. Noteworthy achievements included the resolution of 79 SRFs, the detection and fixing of 322 bugs, and the implementation of 795 new stories across 95 features. The team’s dedication even extended beyond development, with almost 400 hours spent assisting other departments, including third-line support tasks.
PassFINANCE: A Resurgence
A notable highlight of the year was the resurgence of interest in PassFINANCE, with many schools returning to leverage its capabilities. This trend speaks to the enduring value and effectiveness of WCBS’s solutions, which benefit from 40 years of iterative development, in the education sector.
Other Noteworthy Achievements

Over 50 training training webinars were conducted, providing valuable insights to our schools and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
