passFINANCE Billing Module Training Workshop

This course is designed for users who will be responsible for managing and operating passFINANCE Billing. It will introduce topics that build on the standard billing procedures and provide you with hints and tips from our consultants’ widespread knowledge of commonly encountered billing topics.
What will be covered
- Multiple bill payers and multiple bills. This area will include a range of examples of different billing arrangements and show the most efficient way of using passFINANCE to achieve this
Interim Billing – how to manage this feature to give maximum flexibility
Using the Excel Import facilities to import extras. How can this be used most efficiently? As well as the passFINANCE import routine itself, various options for creating template spreadsheets and making them available to staff will be discussed
Using the various Email facilities to best effect. This will cover the emailing of bills, statements, and payment schedules
Using the Interest on Overdue accounts feature
Credit Control letters and other mailings, including Individual template letters
Question and Answer session for raising any additional issues
Who the course is aimed at
Regular users of passFINANCE who require knowledge on a broader range of billing tasks and procedures. There will be an opportunity for delegates to discuss their own scenarios with other users and the course Trainer
