We understand the importance and pressure placed on schools to analyse admissions, academic and marketing data in many formats. In addition to all the standard reports that are available in Pass we are aware of schools’ requirements to streamline both internal and external reporting. The course has been designed to concentrate on the administration and academic modules although ODBC can be used to extract data from any area of Pass. The webinar will act as a refresher course for some and a learning experience for others. It will include hints and tips that will enable users to create and maintain reports/queries allowing them to analyse data.

What will be covered

  • Setting up ODBC
  • Creating new Microsoft Queries
  • Using filters, criteria, parameters
  • Using multiple tables and pivot tables

Who the event is aimed at

Users of the administration and academic modules responsible for data analysis. This includes members of the marketing, admissions and academic teams.


A basic understanding of the Pass Admin and Academic modules.
